737NG CFM Immersion Soundpack V2 (v2.1) is OUT!

It will be installed into "737NG CFM Immersion Soundpack V2 (v2.1)" folder by default, so it is not mandatory to remove previous version.

Changelog:

- added support for PMDG NGXu sound engine:
   (engine whine volume depends on altitude)
   (engine buzz sound and volume depends on altitude)
- adjusted volume of APU, fuel and hydraulic pump sounds
- tweaked some values in sound.cfg
- improved and updated Quick User Guide
